How can I customize my phone case?

You can customize your case directly on our website! Simply choose your iPhone model, upload your image, and add text if desired. Before completing your purchase, you'll see a preview of your design.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does production and shipping take?

Production usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping time depends on your location but typically takes 6 to 10 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code, which you can use to track your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a custom case?

Since this is a personalized product, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless there is a defect in the printing or the product itself.

What should I do if my case arrives damaged?

If your case arrives with a manufacturing defect or a printing error, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Send photos of the issue to info@eclipse-cases.com, and we will be happy to resolve it!

Can I change my customization after placing an order?

No. Once your order is confirmed, it goes into production immediately, and we cannot change the design.
